Refund Policy

Public Beta — No Paid Plans Active

Istory Decks is currently in public beta. No paid plans are available at this time. All features accessible during beta are provided free of charge.

This policy will be updated before any paid plans are activated.

When Paid Plans Launch

When paid subscriptions become available, the following terms will apply:

  • 7-day refund window — If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of your first purchase, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked.
  • Monthly subscriptions — You may cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate partial months.
  • Annual subscriptions — Eligible for a refund within the first 14 days. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable.
  • Renewals — If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 72 hours and we will issue a refund.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@istory.cc with:

  • Your email address used to pay.
  • The date of the transaction.
  • A brief description of the issue (optional but helpful).

We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via PayPal.

Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to decline refund requests from accounts that show patterns of repeated purchase and refund, or accounts suspended for policy violations.
